How to increase student engagement in Flex Block

To get things started, we are posting a question one of our schools (who is new to a Flex Block this year) posed to us.... so we are posing it to the community:
"WIN block. We have ~80% buy in from students on a typical week but are starting to plateau with our efforts to engage more students in WIN. Are there schools who have been doing this longer who might be willing to chat via Zoom for 30-60 min?"
