Enhancement idea - Student Interests

Hey everyone! Hope all are doing well. 

During the course of the creation of MFL, we heard from a couple schools who were interested in having some way to track "Student Interests". The concept being that students would have the ability to indicate areas, subjects, topics that they have an interest or passion for, and then as a school you would be able to monitor summaries of students interests to help you plan curriculum during your Flex and hopefully keep students interest and engagement during your flex period. 

We are wondering if other schools have thoughts on this?
