What's New in MyFlexLearning - Back to School 2025

Release Video - 

• Ability to link class rosters -  if students are scheduled into one class, then she/he will be also auto-scheduled to the linked classes

• Ability to filter flex periods on the configuration screen 

• Ability to navigate through records from the class detail page 

• Allow students to view their grades (optional) 

• When adding a meeting date from the Flex Block In Session Dates, prompt to turn on meeting dates for classes for the date you are adding 

• Allow an admin to indicate if a student will be absent for a future date (such as a vacation or out of school suspension), this will allow MyFlexLearning to exclude those student's from being scheduled into a class on a day they are unavailable.

• Ability to show (filter) students that are scheduled but have a certain attendance code(s) for the day (aka absent) - so they can be rescheduled in bulk (Oldham situation)

• Ability to students to check out & in of campus
