Enhancements & Feature Requests

• Bulk Student Actions

  • Add the ability to paste a list of SIS IDs to filter students for mass scheduling or adding them to classes.

• Calendar / Scheduling Visibility
  • Add a way to display when all periods meet on a given date.

  • When filtering classes by the current day, display the name of the class for the day (if a teacher has customized the name for that day) 

• Class Date Management
  • Ability to mass update class end dates 

  • Add a class filter to allow filtering by end dates 

• Filtering Improvements

  • Enhance the filters on the Class list 

• Advisory Workflow Enhancements
  • Add the ability to push students to their advisor’s class when dropping them from a roster.

  • Add an option to return students to their advisory teacher’s class when a class is cancelled 

• Photo Management (Admin)
  • Allow admins to manually upload a user photo.

  • Allow admins to manually delete a user photo.

• Class Enrollment 
  • Allow adding a reason to a class a student is already scheduled into
  • Add the ability to exclude one or more classes from “Unscheduled Students” tasks 

  • Add support for co-teachers on a class

• Open Campus Check-In / Check-Out Controls

  • Add controls to manage a check-in/check-out flag on classes when this functionality is enabled 

• SIS-Linked Class Type Protections
  • Add a control for SIS-default class types to prevent them from being edited.
